Surf and Grits

Pan seared fish, pecan crusted jumbo Gulf shrimp, smothered okra and tomatoes, Stone ground hominy grits, smoked tomato beurre blanc and fried okra

Third Course

White Chocolate Breadpudding

Served hot with a caramelized white sauce, praline crumbles, topped with a white chocolate ganache and macerated strawberries
